Captain’s Log: Sunday, 6 August
Distance: Lago di Vico – Rome, 75km
I’m really sorry, but there will be no blog from me today, I’m way too tired right now for that, and there happened too much today for me to write it now without falling asleep right in the middle… But I’ll try to do it tomorrow morning. Just let me say this much, we arrived safe and sound finally in the wonderful city of Rome, and we are going to stay here at least three nights.
So in the meantime, here have the victorious picture of my dear bicycle Connen-Neute, who travelled already all together over 3000km, and over 1000km alone on this journey, just to reach this place.
Everytime I’m asking myself, mostly while pushing it up some hill, why am I doing this? Well, those pictures are the answer.
