Captain’s Log: Thursday, 4 July 2019 Distance: From the camping ground to the beach and back Accommodation: Camping Eden Weather: Sun Today’s note to myself: Sometimes you just need to listen. Somehow in the morning I turned off my alarms so often that I overslept, so I thought, apparently I really did not want to leave today, so I decided to stay another night at that camping ground and enjoy the day on the beach. When I got there, it was already way more crowded than in the afternoon yesterday, but I still found a place for myself. Around midday it got a bit too hot in the sun, so I changed to the pool at the camping ground, which had shadows and beach loungers. There I stayed and read, until I noticed that suddenly there were no other people anymore in the pool area? And I also noticed that the doors were shut, which was around 3pm. Apparently they close the pool for an hour around that time and I did not know that, and no one bothered to tell me that they were closing the pool. Fortunately as I walked to the closed entrance, a guy working there saw me and let me out. Seems like I can still be invisible. Anyway, I went back to the beach with my book and something to eat, and there were definitely less people again. In the evening I treated myself with a pizza again, before I sat once more at the beach, this time with my Ukulele again.
