Florence, the first"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Captain&#8217;s Log: Sunday, 30 July<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Distance: Lake Bilancino &#8211; Florence, 39km<\/p>\n<p>After some more hills, pushing up, a lot more sun and a finally long downhill route we finally arrived in Florence, still the three of us. Even though we did not do a lot of distance today, we were still exhausted.
