Captain’s Log: Sunday, 24 September 2017<\/p>\n

Distance: Still at the Resort<\/p>\n

At 7am I got up and joined the Yoga group, which is every morning during our stay. Some others of our travel group were there as well. It was nice doing some Sports and especially Yoga again after a long time of doing no sports or Yoga. <\/p>\n

After a refreshing shower we went to have some breakfast, before we had our second Ayurveda things. Today I had something called Sirodhara, where I was getting warm Sandal oil on the forehead in a continuous affusion. I have to say, I liked that one more than the one yesterday, but it had the disadvantage that now my whole hair is full of oil and even with Shampoo it just does not get out of it. And I generally feel very oily. But whatever, I guess, it will get out of the hair at some point.<\/p>\n

Afterwards we relaxed at the pool or at the hammocks (H\u00e4ngematten)  just like eveyone else of our group.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon we had a boat tour around the lake on which this Resort lies.<\/p>\n

We have been in very good hands with our captain at the rudder.<\/p>\n

So, all in all there did not happen a lot today, but such days of doing nothing are important as well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
