Distance: Requena (08:15) – Madrid (14:00), by train<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation: Generator Hostel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weather: Cloudy, a bit of rain, sun<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today’s note to myself: You definitely need to find your curiosity again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had to leave quite early so that I could catch the train, but I still got a little breakfast from my host.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The train was very comfortable and there were almost no other people on board, or, at least where I was sitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After arriving in Madrid, I searched for the hostel I had chosen, which seemed to be a bigger one than I actually thought. But at least I would have the chance to meet people here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I even went around today already a bit, but the main Sightseeing will be tomorrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another funny side story, when I left the train station, I was sitting on my bike, standing around looking up the way, when someone asked me if I was travelling alone. After I said yes, he gave me a thumbs up as some sort of “Respect!” That does not seem like a funny side story, but he spoke to me in German right away. Do I look so German that someone just needs to look at me to know that they can talk in German to me? Like, what gave it away?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
