Since it seems like I can not let one summer go by without getting out of Austria, I decided to join a friend on an Interrail journey with the main target Norway.
Some might be surprised. “What?!”, you may think, “No bicycle tour this year??” For all of those who think that, do not worry, I still have enough plans to fill so many future summers with bicycle tours, but this summer it just did not work out, since I actually had to write my Bachelor Thesis (which is still not finished, but whatever).
However, I’m already really looking forward to this journey, since first, I have never really been up North, and second, I have never been on an Interrail trip, so there are quite a lot of new things waiting for me. And I am not going to have to push a bicycle up a hill either in pouring rain or in 40 degrees in the shadow, so that is a plus as well, I guess.
Anyway, the journey starts already tomorrow, 10th August, and ends with the flight back to Vienna on the 26th August, and I am going to try to keep this blog updated every day again, even if there sometimes might just be pictures. But I know, how you all love pictures, so, have fun following me on our journey!
