Today’s note to myself: Spending time while resting at the beach is never wasted time.

I had some cobbled streets today, one leading away from the camping ground to the main road, and one leading down to the street at the coast. It was a bit unnerving, but being able to ride my bike alongside the beach was worth it.

Almost in the end of today’s journey I had to wait for the bridge to close again, even though I had some images of action movies in my head of jumping over the half closed bridge with my bike.

I had to wait some time before my host was at home, so I spent it with going to the supermarket and lying around at the beach where I watched these clouds moving around quite quickly due the wind, but they hardly came over the mainland. They just sort of hung around over the ocean.

The rest of the evening I spent with cooking and relaxing, and tomorrow I am going to have a look at Porto, which is just some metro stations away.
